A beautiful 5-bedroom coastal home in Mount Martha with uninterrupted bay views and direct access across the road to South Beach. Designed for a truly special stay, it offers the flexibility of an intimate escape for just the two of you, or a meaningful experience shared with your children and loved ones.

 

Enjoy panoramic views, two spacious decks, paddleboards, and a fully equipped kitchen, comfortably accommodating your family. Your beachside wedding escape awaits — just moments from the sand and sea, creating the perfect setting to relax, celebrate, and take in every moment.

 

Light-filled open-plan living with floor-to-ceiling windows flows seamlessly to outdoor decks, creating a beautiful space for connection, celebration, and quiet moments. Five bedrooms, including a master with ensuite, along with WiFi, heating, cooling, and laundry facilities.

 

Two outdoor decks, BBQs, beach access, an outdoor shower, and included beach gear complete the experience. Guests have full private access. A $1000 bond applies, and local short-stay regulations must be followed.

2. The Celebrant

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

​​​Pre-Ceremony

At Sunset Ceremonies, Fiona is here to guide you through every step with warmth and care—handling all the legal requirements and official details before, during, and after your ceremony, so you can simply enjoy every moment of your special day. She’s passionate about creating a relaxed, heartfelt, and truly memorable experience for you and your loved ones.

Once your booking is confirmed, your chosen Fiona will contact you within the next day or two to begin planning (this must be at least one month in advance as this is a strict legal requirement under Australian law). The Celebrant will send you the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) for you to complete before your appointment.

Important: Please don’t sign the form yet—the celebrant is required to witness your signature.

 

You'll also need to nominate two witnesses who must be over 18, present at the ceremony, and sober (or we may be able to arrange this for you).

 

You have choices of what you would like to include:

❤️ You can say “I do”.

❤️ You can say personal vows.

❤️ You can kiss.

❤️ A speaker system for up top 3 songs

If you're planning to write your own vows, just send them through to the Celebrant before the big day and she'll have them printed and ready for you during the ceremony. You're also welcome to include up to three songs for the Ceremony. A speaker system can be provided, but please note that a guest or another member of your group will need to supply the song through their phone or device (e.g. Spotify) and control the music throughout the Ceremony.

 

The Ceremony

Your Ceremony will be intimate, heartfelt, and beautifully simple, lasting around 15-20 minutes. To ensure everything flows smoothly, it’s important that everyone arrives on time.

Your Celebrant will begin with the Monitum - a brief legal statement required by law. Then (depending on what you'd like to include), you'll exchange personal vows, say your heartfelt “I do’s”, share your first kiss as a married couple, and sign the official marriage documents.

With those signatures, your commitment is sealed - and just like that, you’re officially married.

Post Ceremony

After the Ceremony, your Celebrant will take care of all the legal paperwork, ensuring everything is properly lodged. Within approximately six weeks, your official marriage certificate will be delivered directly to you - no extra steps needed on your part.

3. The Photographer

Sandy is dedicated to capturing and documenting the raw love and emotion of your special day that is unique and true to you. From your very first enquiry, your magic wedding day and to the final delivery of your photos and slideshow - Sandy will be there.

​

The photography starts when the ceremony commences and continues after the ceremony and includes a group photo, bridal, family, friends and couple portraits at your selected location (a total of one hour). Sandy loves to capture the most natural and candid photos and will help you feel relaxed with some great ideas for some fun and intimate shots (and would be very excited to include any other special requests for photo ideas). An ice-cold bottle of bubbly is provided with plastic champagne glasses (all optional) for the couple to open and toast to get some really amazing photos.

 

This package includes a minimum of 100 high-resolution, edited digital photos for you to treasure forever. The photos are available within three weeks after the ceremony and are easily downloadable from the beautiful online gallery.

All packages can be tailored to your exact needs and the photography can be extended to up to 5 hours.
